Another day, another Palmer on the podcast. Great time talking to one of the most intelligent people I know. Finally got Paisani to get on the podcast. A long time in the making but finally in the Food Trucking offseason we were able to make it happen. One of those episodes that felt like it could have gone on for 10 more hours if we had the time. Lot of truck talk but also a lot of funny stories and inspiration for any potential small business out there. I know you will all enjoy, thank you very much for tuning in.
